Counselling Services Investment Description
Consultation: 15 minutes Free Initial meetings are an informal chat before any commitments to ensure an aligned partnership between Wyld Counselling Therapy and the client. This meeting allows space for both the client and therapist to determine if they are the correct fit for each other in terms of expectations, therapeutic mediums and goals. In this meeting, we will discuss expectations, outline an initial pathway and the therapist will answer any questions. If we feel you can be better served elsewhere, we will signpost you to the relevant organisations or individuals who would be a better fit.
Standard Counselling: 50 - 60 minutes £60.00 Typically you will meet with your counsellor once every one to two weeks for 50-60 minutes. (or monthly if tops ups) The structure of these sessions will vary depending on the client as each journey is unique. In sessions if the client feels it will benefit, they will be given “homework”. This will consist of agreed upon, sustainable/achievable goals between sessions but is not mandatory.
Concession Rates Available discount based on eligibility, limited slots Set amount of discounted sessions for those on universal credit, low incomes, students, maternity leave, OAPS.
Urgent Last Minute Sessions: 60 minutes £100 Last minute urgent sessions within 24 hours. This is not a crisis service option.
